: Nottingham City Council begin Graffiti 'clean up'

Nottingham City Council begin Graffiti 'clean up' ...... Well the East Midland Today report I've just seen ...  says vandalism a number of time in their report. But it's not.  This was a permitted area were artists were expected to be able to contribute some art.  Now Nottingham City Council have begun their vendetta against this form of expression. I want to make it clear I am not in favour of tagging, scribbling and assorted vandalism.  But this wasn't and it just the begining, before they start to look into their vandalism of other city sites.
