A Declaration

We the undersigned, "Citizens of the City of Nottingham", do hereby declare to whom it may concern, that it is our intention to reside permanently on wht we believe is our land, known as "the Old Market Square", until the majority of the Citizens of Great Britain do give notice by referendum, parish poll, election or similar, that the financial crisis 2009 - 2011 has been solved to the satisfaction of the majority of the Citizens of Great Britain.

Had a good chuckle at this. Well done folks.

Just a nitpicking point: Most analysts agree the financial crisis began in 2007 and has since morphed into the European sovereign debt crisis. But who cares about the dates - capital is shafting us and screwing up the world and we all need to resist it.

Greed equals Inequality

Corporate/Capitalist Greed by a small minority has been going on for too many years,& it is the main cause of the ongoing financial crisis that started in 2007....

But by far the most damning feature of this ever increasing Greed, is the increasing Inequality it has caused within societies worldwide (not just the UK & US).... It must be stopped or at least reduced to an acceptable & sustainable level..

More Greed will result in More Inequality.... & more damage to the fabric of our societies..
