Students in Nottingham to face higher cost of education as university fees rise
NOTTINGHAM Trent University is to increase the cost of its tuition fees from next year but not to the maximum £9,000.
From September 2013, students starting full-time undergraduate courses will have to pay £8,750 a year.
It marks a rise of 2.9 per cent on that paid by students starting this September and is above the national average of £8,507 a year.
Meanwhile the University of Nottingham is to continue to charge students £9,000 a year.
All fees have been approved by the Office for Fair Access.
