Reclaim the Power Action Camp Info Night
Last October 21 activists from No Dash for Gas occupied West Burton Power Station in nottingham shire, shutting it down for a week. West Burton is the first of the Tories planned 40 new gas fired power staitons which will make the dirty, expensive gas the future of our energy supply.
West Burton is also the location of a polluting old coal fired power station and owned by EDF who are pushing nuclear power in the UK and who tried to silence dissent by attempting to sue activists for £5million.
An activist form No Dash for Gas will be here to tell the story and update us on what is planned for the Reclaim the Power action camp 16th-21st August.
