For the last 6 months or so people have been meeting - locally and nationally - to talk about building an anti-capitalist mobilization against the next G8 meeting, to be held in the UK next summer, and the revitalization of resistance to capitalism in the UK.

The next Notts meeting will take place next Wednesday, 9th January at the Malt Cross; 7-8:30

The meeting is for anyone who wants to get involved in the current plans for a regional anti-capitalist mobilisation against the G8 (and beyond!). We'll be talking about:
- National plans (updates from the last national gathering and plans for a London week of action)
- What's gonna be discussed at the G8 meeting and what we do with that info
- Updates and ideas on fundraising
- Updates on a series of local workshops to raise awareness about resistance and the G8 that are happening at the moment
- Possible events we can mobilise around
- Other stuff?
