Saturday 6th - Animal Aid Compassionate Christmas Fair (Sheffield)
Also Veggies catering at Lincoln Veggie Fair

Sunday 7th - Veggies catering at Kensington Animal Charities Fair
and hoping to help at Alternative Vegan Festival (also in London) on the same day

Thursday 11th - Brinsley Animal Rescue Work Day, transport from Broxtowe, 6:15pm - call 07599 282851
Now that winter draws on the Tuesday work days may be replaced by sessions on Saturdays, when the group is not busy elsewhere.
Thurs 11th is also Remembrance Day - Remember the animal victims of war, today and on Sunday.

Transport from Sumac 2:30pm to support Derby AR on their first Harlan Demo
Followed by Greyhound demo at Colwick Park at 6:30

Oi!! Please other groups are busy around the country too!!
Even if ONE person hands out One leaflet it's something!! Everything counts..quantity isn't everything1!
A Individual is just as strong and valid as a movement..individual thought and action..

Local animal rights groups AND individuals are indeed the backbone of the grassroots animal rights movement.
Get active - find out what's happening, and submit your event details, via the Animal Rights Calendar at http://www,veggies.org.uk/arc.php and add your contact details, if appropriate, to the Networking Directory at http://www.veggies.org.uk/directory/
Everyone can do something, from simply wearing a purple poppy to remember the animal victims of war, to doing a vegan free food giveaway stall. Indeed all the activities shown on this diary can be adopted by groups or individuals anywhere.
