Dear Nottingham University student, staff and alumni. 

Please see the letter below which some members of the Alumni community have puttogether and are intending to submit to the Guardian. This letter comes in direct responseto Sunday’s Observer article and Unileaks revelations that suggest University of  Nottingham senior management have behaved in an illegal and unethical manner indealing with numerous staff and students.- The Observer article can be viewedhere- Mini-digests of the plethora of leaked material can be viewed on the campaignwebsitehere or throughUnileaks.org- Other press & media coveragehere The letter also calls for Dr. Rod Thornton's reinstatement - he was suspended for writingabout the illegal and unethical conduct of senior management surrounding the anti-terror arrest of two university members, Rizwaan Sabir and Hicham Yezza, in May 2008.
