Stop Staff Cuts on our Railways - Nottingham (Action for Rail - Day of Action)
We will be at this train station, meeting passengers and asking them to send our postcards to their MPs supporting our campaign to keep staff on trains, stations and at ticket offices.
If you want a rail service that puts people first, join us and let the government and train operators know that passengers want to see staff on their railways.

A decent railway infrastructure is vital is we are going to do something about getting people off the roads and out of the air and thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Incidentally the public money going into the railways has increased from around £2.4 billion per year before privatisation (in the period 1990/91 - 1994/95) to approximately £5.4 billion per year now (in the period 2006/6 - 2009/10), all at 2009/10 prices.
