Anti-cuts meeting

Nottinghamshire, Mansfield & Nottingham Trades Council are holding a public meeting on Wednesday 22 September at 7.30 to stop the cuts. We have invited the leaders of local campaigns opposing the cuts, trade unionsts and others to attend the meeting, discuss how we link our campaigns and plan a united response.

  • Lyn Stables, parent campaigner for promised refubishment of Fernwood High School
  • Darren Hogkinson, UCATT
  • Lee Barron, Regional Secretary of CWU
  • Chris Bamberry, Right to Work campaign
  • Paul Martin, PCS Civil Servant from the independent Living Fund
  • Liz Silver, local well known Disability Rights campaigner

Chaired by Liam Conway, Trades Council chiar and NUT Branch Secretary.
