The Riverside Festival is a unique Festival that covers a distance of one mile along the banks of the River Trent at Victoria Embankment, adjacent to the historical Trent Bridge.

This year's festival will include a host of activities for festival-goers to enjoy from a bustling street fair to a vibrant mix of live music, with live performances of World and Roots music from local, national and international artists.

Bring your little ones along to the Arts Zone that's packed with interactive hand-on arts and craft activities, puppet shows, circus skills and lots more. Adults as well as youngsters can have-a-go at dance workshop sessions or watch performances!

Have your sides tickled at one of the many Street Theatre sites, or step back in time with the traditional steam engines and organs and then explore a world of global crafts and food stalls with goods and flavours to suit all tastes. 

The street fair is back with rides to thrill for young and old plus old favourites like Hook-a-Duck and candy floss stalls.

The Dragon Boat Challenge makes a welcome return to the Festival on Sunday. Corporate teams will be competing against each other to raise money for charity, followed by the annual charity Duck Race in the afternoon.

Once again, bring your rug and cushions for a Friday night film show and last, but not least, don't miss the highlight of the weekend – the breathtaking fireworks display on Saturday night at 10.30pm.
