Notts Occupation: 7th Week and beyond
Tuesday 6th December 2011
Occupy camp now in it's 7th week since setting up in the Market Square, Nottingham.
[7th week, Is that right? established on the 15th October].
Camp getting back to it's normal routine now, after all activities surrounding the N30 trade union marches last week.
Christmas tree now decorated and more tentage arrived.
Getting cold at night now, so I think those holding out against the elements for these issues, need to be congratulated for their commitments and deserve help and support from us.
Please drop by and offer your time, help, donations of food, bedding, waterproofing, warm clothing ...... oh, a bit of love.

dont ask!
about the incedent, they shouldnt have been hit unconcious& myself & others would av resisted that, but as a biker& cyclist I can only hope you get the justice you deserve, a car can be a vdangerous killing machine, nuff said.
The 8th week
By my reckoning it's the 8th week.
Have to wonder whether it's worth ending the camp before Christmas though. Surely there won't be enough people around to keep it safe and the weather is only going to get worse. You have made a point - well done. But everyone knows you are there now and it is going to get diminishing returns. How about a warmer indoor occupation as a next step?
8th. Week Completed
It will be by midnight anyway.. Yes 56 days, & what a great achievment.... Xmas will be here & gone soon enough (is it 1 or 2 days?), so nothing to bother too much about really..
Although a "warmer indoor occupation" sounds a good idea pedant, Im sure it will be easier & more beneficial to continue with the current one.. Its well established now, thanks to a lot of hard work, & hopefully there wont be too much bad weather to come..

incedent
not only spelt wrong, but the person arrested brought shit down on camp & doesnt stay on site, we all agreed they were wrong. No one asked coordinators wether they could put up sign, but it helped keep us warm on the fire, thx
