We've discussed it at length amongst ourselves and whilst we agree that Alan Meale is a class enemy for the reasons we outlined in our joint statement with AFed, we have different opinions on the actions to stop h…
Nottingham’s May Day events were the scene of controversy after protesters prevented Sir Alan Meale, the Labour MP for Mansfield, from speaking. Meale’s invitation to speak at the Notts Trades Union Council organised rally had already sparked condemnation in the run up to the day concerning his alleged support for “anti-working class” politics and his expenses claims. NCC LOLs' Andy looks into the Nottingham Labour Party's "ConDem" 'astroturfing' campaign. Continuing the party's dabblings with the wrong side of the law (see also: postal ballots, council housing etc.) "this isn't only dishonest and underhand it also breaches election law."
The Labour Party has set up a freepost address for its election campaign. Why not write to them to tell them what a grand job you think they're doing.
