On Monday 9th May, a small group of Nottingham activists visited the offices of Office Angels and ATOS Healthcare. Organised by the local Anarchist Federation and supported by various individuals, the protests were both part of coordinated national actions.

A well attended public meeting 'Save Our NHS - Kill the Bill' at the Nottingham Mechanics last night highlighted the threat of the government's Health and Social Care Bill 2011. Around 100 people packed the main hall of the event organised by Notts Save Our Services and others.

The campaign to save daycare at Hayward House is gathering force, as patients, volunteers, relatives and wellwishers are making contact and organising to work together.

The half a million who marched and took action in London on Saturday 26th Match made our feelings known and we showed our strength.
