Nottinghamshire Save Our Services (Notts SOS) have written a letter to user groups about the proposed cut in the City Council’s grant from £54,000 to nil for the International Community Centre on Mansfield Road, where we hold our fortnightly meetings.

On Friday 3rd February, campaigners returned to Atos Healthcare's offices on Stoney Street in the Lace Market, Notttingham.
This was the first protest there since a demonstration on September 30th last year, part of a national day of action, which ended with two of the participants being arrested, and subsequently charged, with aggravated trespass.

Nottingham City Council could raise council tax by 3.49% and cut 195 jobs in a bid to save £20m.
Most residents would see their council tax rise by about £36 next year under the budget proposals for 2012/13.
